Never received product
I still have not received my product all the maps I ordered in the mail, for some reason it shows it was delivered, but even the mailman does not remember delivering the maps on the date it states they were delivered. I am very let down by this , as all my mail is delivered through my front door, and there was more than enough space for six maps to fit. I do not want to complain, but I will not order from your company again.
Maps good, basic support non-existent
Mad Maps have always been a good resource for single-day trips or in helping out with longer multi-day travel. However Mad Maps is completely unresponsive to email requests. I purchased a map and immediately realized I sent it to the wrong address. A quick email (sent during business hours) asked to reroute the order. No response. It went to the wrong address. No one is manning the firstname.lastname@example.org. If you want a map, good. If you need customer support, you’re on your own.
The map is great. You folks NOT SO MUCH!
If I could give you people less than one I would. I purchase 2 maps you sent me 1 I never got the 2nd 1 and you took the money for it. But when I sent 4 or 5 emails I got 0 response. You guys can go eat a bowl of dicks!
